大跨度钢梁腹板开洞的加固方式研究

摘　　要：本文针对某工程大跨度钢梁腹板开洞提出一种新型的洞口加固方式,通过有限元分析软件计算与对比,研究不同加固方式提升腹板刚度的补强效果,分析加劲肋的厚度及角度不同对钢梁刚度的贡献。计算分析结果表明,斜向加劲肋的钢梁腹板洞口补强方法是安全可靠的,可作为大跨度工程的有效加固方式。An innovative strengthening method is proposed for large-span steel beam with web-openings in a project.Through the calculation and comparison by using finite element analysis,this paper studies the reinforcement effects of different strengthening methods on improving the web stiffness,and analyzes the contribution of different thickness and angles of stiffeners to the stiffness of steel beams.The calculation and analysis results indicate that the reinforcement method for the steel beam web opening with diagonal stiffeners is safe and reliable,which can be used as an effective reinforcement method for large-span projects.
