金华老火车站改造与再利用研究

摘　　要：本文研究梳理概括了金华老火车站的发展历程,分析了老火车站建筑的功能组织和空间布局、风格与形式,以及建筑结构体系等方面的特征;并基于活态保护的理念对金华老火车站进行局部空间夹层改造,拟改造为金华铁路博物馆,以期体现该建筑的历史价值和文化价值。The research summarizes the development history of Jinhua old railway station,analyzes the functional organization and spatial layout,as well as style and form of the old railway station building,and explores the characteristics of the building structure system.Based on the concept of living protection,partial space mezzanine renovation is planned to be transformed into Jinhua Railway Museum,in order to reflect interpret the historical and cultural values of the building.
