摘 要:斜坡是由蝶骨体和枕骨基底部构成的颅底骨,位于颅底中央区,周围结构复杂。斜坡病变病理类型繁多,早期症状不明显,发现时多已累及周围结构,诊断困难,手术难度大。早期诊断依赖于影像学检查。认识正常斜坡的发育、骨髓转换规律,有助于早期发现病变及准确诊断。本文就骨髓影像学检查技术、正常斜坡的发育、骨髓转换规律及斜坡区病变的影像学变化研究进展进行综述。The clivus is a bone of the skull base formed from the basisphenoid and the basiocciput,which is located in the central area of the skull base and has complex surrounding structures.The pathological types of clivus lesions are various.The early symptoms are not obvious,andthe surrounding structures aremostlyinvolved when found.It is difficult in diagnosis and surgery.Early diagnosis depends on imaging examination.Understanding the development of normal clivus and the rule of bone marrow conversion is helpful for early detection of lesions and accurate diagnosis.This article reviews the bone marrow imaging examination technology,the development of normal clivus,the rule of bone marrow transformation and the research progress of imaging changes of clivus lesions.
