摘 要:针对城市轨道交通列车在采用自动控制技术停站过程中乘客舒适性较差的现象,提出了通过提升车辆跟随性,以及改善ATO(列车自动运行)控制算法来提高ATO停站舒适度的措施。对ATO停站舒适度进行了分析,列车制动舒适度需满足列车纵向冲击率≤0.75 m/s^(3);通过人工驾驶列车运行试验得出将列车制动级位控制在40%以内时,乘客舒适度体感更舒适;对列车停站过程中空气制动对车辆跟随性的影响进行了分析,提出在列车停站过程中采用纯电制动的措施提升列车跟随性改善舒适度的方法;提出改善ATO控制算法,采用PID(比例-积分-微分)控制算法调整参数,来改善ATO控车曲线使列车以较小制动级位停车。在此基础上,优化了PID控制算法,选择自适应PID控制算法。较传统PID控制算法,自适应PID控制算法可更高效地解决舒适度难题。Targeting the phenomenon that passengers are experiencing poor comfort in the process of urban rail transit train stopping at station using automatic control technology,measures to improve the train stopping comfort level in ATO(automatic train operation)mode through increasing vehicle followability and optimizing ATO control algorithm are proposed.From analysis of ATO train stopping comfort level,the train braking comfort should meet the condition of train longitudinal impact rate≤0.75 m/s^(3);through manual operation test,it is concluded that passengers can experience more physical comfort when train brake level is controlled under 40%;the influence of air braking on vehicle followability during train stopping process is analyzed,and the measure of pure electric braking is adopted to elevate train followability during station stopping process which in turn improves the comfort level;an improved ATO control algorithm is proposed,and PID(proportion-integration-differentiation)control algorithm is used to adjust parameters to optimize ATO train control curve so that the train stops at a lower brake level.On this basis,the PID control algorithm is optimized,and the self-adaptive PID control algorithm is selected.Compared with the conventional PID control algorithm,the comfort issue can be treated more efficiently with self-adaptive PID control algorithm.
