摘　　要：目的探讨在腰椎间盘突出症患者康复护理中魏氏伤科导引锻炼的应用效果。方法选择2020年6月—2022年5月医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者100例,按照组间基线资料可比的原则分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施“燕飞式”功能锻炼,观察组在此基础上实施魏氏伤科导引锻炼。两组均锻炼3个月,比较两组临床疗效、干预前后疼痛程度、腰椎活动度、生活质量变化。结果实施魏氏伤科导引锻炼后,观察组疗效的优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预3个月后疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预3个月后各方向腰椎活动度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预3个月后生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论魏氏伤科导引锻炼应用于腰椎间盘突出症患者康复中疗效明确,可减轻腰痛程度,提高腰椎活动度,改善生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of Wei's guidance exercise in the rehabilitation nursing of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation were admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to May 2022,they were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of comparable baseline data between groups.The control group carried out"swallow"functional exercise,and the observation group carried out Wei's trauma exercise base on the control group.Both groups exercised for 3 months to compare the clinical efficacy,pain level,lumbar spine mobility,and quality of life between the two groups.Results The efficacy,pain level,lmber spine mobility,quality of life in 3 months after intervention in the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The guided exercise in the rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation can reduce the degree of lumbar pain,improve lumbar mobility and improve the quality of life.
