摘  要:为了研究微织构参数对切削力的影响规律,运用AdvantEdge专业切削有限元仿真软件对GH4169高温镍基合金进行微织构刀具二维切削仿真,用极差分析确定微织构参数对切削力的影响规律,使用SPSS软件构建二维微织构切削力预测模型。仿真结果表明,微织构参数对切削力影响顺序为间距>深度>刃边距>宽度,最佳水平是A_(2)B_(1)C_(2)D_(4),与无织构刀具相比,微织构刀具的切削力和切削温度明显降低,最佳水平A_(2)B_(1)C_(2)D_(4)具有良好的切削适应性,主切削力Fx和径向力Fy预测方程的拟合优度R2分别为0.999和0.929。In order to study the influence of microtexture parameters on cutting force,the AdvantEdge professional cutting analysis software is used to conduct two-dimensional cutting simulation of microtexture tools for GH4169 high-temperature nickel base alloy.The range analysis is used to determine the influence of microtexture parameters on cutting force,and a two-dimensional microtexture cutting force prediction model is constructed in SPSS software.The simulation results show that the order of influence of microtexture parameters on cutting force is:spacing>depth>edge distance>width,and the optimal level is A_(2)B_(1)C_(2)D_(4).Compared with non textured tools,microtexture tools have significantly lower cutting force and cutting temperature,and the optimal level A_(2)B_(1)C_(2)D_(4)has good cutting adaptability.The goodness of fit R 2 of F x and F y prediction equations is 0.999 and 0.929 respectively.So microtexture can effectively reduce cutting force and temperature,and texture spacing can have the most significant impact on cutting force,and provide a basis for the design of micro texture tools.
