摘 要:为研究某型号颗粒炉内部温度场特性,通过Fluent软件对木质颗粒燃料的燃烧、传热过程进行仿真分析,综合考虑了热传导、对流和辐射效应,并对比分析了数值模拟和试验测试结果,验证了模型的有效性。综合数值模拟和试验测试结果,探究造成烤架平面温度分布不均匀以及局部热堆积现象的原因,并通过优化导油板、挡火板、炉膛及风扇位置等结构,研发了一款新型颗粒炉,进一步提高了颗粒炉烤架平面热效率和温度分布均匀性。In order to study the internal temperature field characteristics of a certain type of pellet fuel oven,it simulates the combustion and heat transfer process of wood-pellet fuel.Comprehensively considering the effects of heat conduction,convection and radiation in Fluent system,it compares the simulation and experimental test results to verify the effectiveness of the model.Based on the results of simulation and experimental test,the causes of uneven temperature distribution and local heat accumulation on the plane of grill are explored.By optimizing the design of plate for guiding oil,plate for blocking fire,combustion chamber and fan position,a new pellet fuel oven is developed to further improve the thermal efficiency and temperature distribution uniformity on the plane of the grill of the pellet fuel oven.
