摘  要:基于前期对摩擦力分类、压杆失效定义及绕动点转动矢量方程的推导结果,针对机械动力学所涉及的摩擦力、压杆、刚体转动方程进行了较深入的研究。基于滚动摩擦属于静摩擦的定义,通过分析4个摩擦力模型,提出摩擦单独指干摩擦,与之相伴的阻尼力、空吸力、接触面微峰弹性力等必须单独建模的理论。基于失效与失稳的区别,提出了压杆的纺锤形杯座理想结构。基于刚体绕动点转动矢量方程的理论推导,给出了平面机构连杆绕动点转动的力矩平衡方程,该方程是空间方程在平面中的应用形式。最后提出了该方程在机械领域的两个研究方向。Based on the previous studies on the classification of friction force,the failure definition of the press rod and the derivation of the rotation vector equation around the moving point,the research on the rotation equations of the friction force,the press rod and the rigid body involved in mechanical dynamics is carried out.Based on the definition that rolling friction belongs to static friction,four friction models are analyzed.The theory that friction refers to dry friction alone is proposed.The damping force,air suction force and micro peak elastic force of contact surface must be modeled separately.Based on the difference between failure and instability,the ideal structure of spindle cup holder is proposed,the moment balance equation of connecting rod rotation around moving point of planar mechanism is given.The equation is the application form of space equation in plane.Two research directions of the equation in the mechanical field is proposed.
