摘 要:目的:对比分析低剂量多层螺旋CT技术在孤立性肺结节复查中的应用价值研究。方法:收集在我院行常规剂量肺部CT扫描发现孤立性肺结节患者36例,半年后行肺部低剂量CT复查。对低剂量和常规剂量CT扫描图像在结节灶检出率、边缘轮廓、内部结构显示及受检者辐射剂量进行综合评价比较。结果:36例孤立性肺结节患者两次扫描图像质量主观评价无差异,CT值、SNR无差异;低剂量扫描图像噪声值略高于常规剂量扫描,常规剂量CT扫描的辐射剂量明显高于低剂量CT扫描,P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结论:低剂量MSCT扫描和重建技术可获得满意的图像质量同时大幅降低受检者辐射剂量,在对孤立性肺结节患者的复查中具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To analyze the application value of low dose multislice spiral CT in the reexamination of solitary pulmonary nodules.Methods:The total of 36 patients with solitary pulmonary nodules were collected in our hospital who underwent conventional dose lung CT scans.After half a year,the lungs were reexamined with low dose CT.The low dose and conventional dose CT scan images showed the detection rate,edge contour,and internal components of nodules,and the radiation dose of the subjects was comprehensively evaluated and compared.Results:36 patients with solitary pulmonary nodules had no difference in subjective evaluation of image quality between two scans,and no dfference in CT value and SNR;low dose scan image noise value was slightly higher than that of conventional dose scan,and the radiation dose of conventional dose CT scan was significantly higher than that of low dose scan Dose CT scan,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The low dose MSCT scanning and reconstruction technology can obtain satisfactory image quality while greatly reducing the radiation dose.It has high application value in the reexamination of patients with solitary pulmonary nodules.
