摘 要:针对熔剂性球团低温还原粉化指数低、荷重软化性能差的问题,以唐钢生产的生球为对象,研究了焙烧温度和焙烧时间对熔剂性球团强度、低温还原粉化性能和荷重软化性能的影响规律。采用XGboost算法建立了焙烧温度和时间与球团低温还原粉化性能和荷重软化性能的优化预报模型。根据研究结果并结合唐钢现场情况和技术指标要求,优化推荐了熔剂性球团的两种焙烧制度:第一种现用焙烧温度不变,延长焙烧时间:具体为干燥段300℃、7.5 min,预热段1100℃、9 min,焙烧段温度等于或高于1230℃、焙烧时间等于或大于13 min;第二种现用焙烧时间不变,提高焙烧温度:具体为干燥段300℃、7.5 min,预热段1100℃、9 min,焙烧温度等于或高于1250℃、焙烧时间10 min。Aiming at the problems of low low reduction pulverization index and poor load softening performance of flux pellets,the effects of roasting temperature and roasting time on flux pellet strength,low-temperature reduction pulverization performance and load softening performance were studied.The XGboost algorithm was used to establish an optimized prediction model for roasting temperature and time,low-temperature reduction pulverization performance and load softening performance of pellets.According to the research results and combined with the on-site situation and technical index requirements of Tanggang,two roasting systems for flux pellets are optimized and recommended:the first type of current roasting temperature remains unchanged,and the roasting time is extended:specifically,the drying section is 300℃and 7.5 min,the preheating section is 1100℃and 9min,the roasting section temperature is equal to or higher than 1230℃,and the roasting time is equal to or greater than 13 min;The second type of current roasting time remains unchanged,and the roasting temperature is increased:specifically,the drying section is 300℃,7.5 min,the preheating section is 1100℃,9 min,the roasting temperature is equal to or higher than 1250℃,and the roasting time is 10 min.
