摘 要:无间隙原子IF钢具有十分优异的深冲性能和非时效性,被广泛用作汽车板等冲压件的原料。深入研究了钛微合金化超深冲IF钢从冶炼到成品全工序生产技术,运用微合金化原理,设计了Ti-IF钢的成分体系,对不同铁素体区轧制温度和压下率对Ti-IF钢组织、织构和性能影响进行分析研究,通过优化控轧控冷各项参数,保证了产品的优良深冲性能,实现批量稳定生产,满足了客户要求。Gapless atomic IF steel has excellent deep drawing performance and non-timeliness,and is widely used as a raw material for stamping parts such as automotive plates.The whole process production technology of titanium microalloyed ultra-deep drawing IF steel from smelting to finished products was deeply studied,and the composition system of Ti-IF steel was designed by using the principle of microalloying,and the influence of rolling temperature and compression rate on the structure,texture and properties of Ti-IF steel was analyzed and studied by optimizing the parameters of controlled rolling and cold control,ensuring the excellent deep drawing performance of the product,achieving batch stable production,and meeting customer requirements.
