摘  要:采用傅里叶转换的计算方法,对某连铸结晶器拉速提升后液面异常波动的特征和原因进行了详细解析,发现该波动具有明显的周期性。将不同拉速的波动周期进行计算后,发现波动周期随拉速的增大而减小,并且周期内铸坯的前进距离为固定值262 mm,该值与该铸机足辊的A区(1、2、3段)的辊间距262 mm完全吻合。推断出随着拉速提升,结晶器冷却不足导致铸坯坯壳变薄,在铸机A区发生铸坯鼓肚,进而引发结晶器液面的周期性波动。通过增加冷却水流量,优化结晶器的冷却系统,保证喷嘴喷淋特性,成功解决了结晶器液面周期性波动。Using the calculation method of Fourier transform,the characteristics and causes of abnormal fluctuations of liquid level after the tensile speed of a continuous casting crystallizer are analyzed in detail,and it is found that the fluctuations have obvious periodicity.After calculating the fluctuation period of different tensile speeds,it is found that the fluctuation period decreases with the increase of tensile speed,and the advance distance of the casting billet in the cycle is a fixed value of 262 mm,which is completely consistent with the roller spacing of 262 mm in the A zone(1,2 and 3 sections)of the casting machine foot roller.It is inferred that with the increase of the tensile speed,the insufficient cooling of the crystallizer leads to the thinning of the casting billet shell,and the casting billet belly occurs in the A area of the casting machine,which in turn causes periodic fluctuations in the crystallizer liquid level.By increasing the cooling water flow,optimizing the cooling system of the crystallizer,ensuring the nozzle spray characteristics,and successfully solving the periodic fluctuation of the crystallizer liquid level.
