摘 要:针对2050热连轧机组在轧制过程中因弯辊力设定不合理导致轧制力波动幅度较大,并引起带钢出口板形质量较差的问题,结合该热连轧机组的设备参数及工艺特性,基于热连轧的轧制力模型和板形控制模型,提出了一套适用于热连轧机组的弯辊综合优化设定模型。将该模型应用到实际生产中,机组轧制力和非对称板形平直度波动幅度明显减小,有效改善了带钢的出口板形质量,同时提高了机组的经济效益。Aiming at the problem of large fluctuation of rolling force and poor strip outlet shape quality caused by unreasonable setting of bending roll force in the rolling process of 2050 hot rolling mill,combined with the equipment parameters and process characteristics of the hot rolling mill,a comprehensive optimization setting model of bending rolls suitable for hot rolling mill is proposed based on the rolling force model and plate shape control model of hot continuous rolling.After applying the model to actual production,the rolling force and the fluctuation range of asymmetric plate shape flatness of the unit are significantly reduced,which effectively improves the quality of the export plate shape of the strip and improves the economic benefits of the unit.
