摘　　要：液压张紧装置作为一种新型的张紧形式,以其优良的工作性能,在带式输送设备中的应用范围愈来愈广。介绍了张紧装置的作用及分类;对比了不同张紧形式得优缺点;阐述了液压张紧装置在唐钢新区带式输送机的应用情况,对液压张紧装置大张力、可动态反馈、自动化程度高的特点及工作原理进行了重点分析,为带式输送机中液压张紧的设计选型提供了一定的应用参考。As a new type of tensioning form,hydraulic tensioning device has been widely used in belt conveyor equipment with its excellent working performance.The role and classification of tensioning devices are introduced;the advantages and disadvantages of different tensioning forms were compared;the application of hydraulic tensioning device in belt conveyor in Tangsteel New District was expounded,and the characteristics and working principle of large tension,dynamic feedback and high degree of automation of hydraulic tensioning device were analyzed,which provided a certain application reference for the design and selection of hydraulic tension in belt conveyor.
