摘　　要：处方作为患者用药的重要医疗文书凭证,在医疗卫生工作中具有政治、经济、法律和技术等多方面的重要意义。规范医疗卫生机构处方档案管理,运用信息技术手段,充分挖掘档案资源,做好数据汇总、统计、分析,有利于做好公立医院数据监测,严格临床药事管理,提高处方合格率,提升医疗诊治质量,不断建立和谐医患关系,充分发挥处方档案记录工作、服务实践的价值。As an important medical document for patients to use drugs,prescription has economic,political,legal and technical significance in medical and health work.Standardized prescription archives management in medical and health institutions,use information technology and other means to mine fully the prescription data resources,do a good job of archival data summary,statistics and analysis,which is conducive to public hospital data monitoring,the strict clinical medicine management,improve the prescription standard rate,and the quality of medical treatment,as well as establish a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.It is helpful to exert fully the prescription archive record work and the value of service practice.
