论高校档案安全保障体系建设的基本要素

摘　　要：现今的高校档案安全保障整体系统在保障科学时也要保障工作的正常运行,同时这个整体系统也非常复杂,院校和社会档案管理工作在很多方面都具有相似之处,在针对对象和内容方向上又具有不同的性质。高校的档案管理主要进行集中管理,主要分类有综合、人事和学生档案。根据高校档案安全保障体系的现状和特点,依据高校文书管理安全建设、档案基础业务安全建设、档案信息化安全建设、档案管理体系安全建设和档案机构安全建设作为基本要素,从而针对档案安全体系的基本要素进行讨论。The current overall system of university archives security should also ensure the normal operation of the work while ensuring science.At the same time,the overall system is also very complex.The school and social archives management work has similarities in many aspects,and has different characteristics in the target and content direction.The archives management in colleges and universities is centralized mainly the management,classified mainly into the comprehensive,personnel and student archives.According to the current situation and characteristics of the archive security ensuring system in colleges and universities,the paper discusses the basic elements of the archive security ensuring system based on the basic elements of the archive management secure construction,the archive basic business secure construction,the archive informatization secure construction,the archive management system secure construction and the archive organization secure construction.
