摘  要:现有配电网都采用闭环设计、开环运行。合环倒负荷存在不少技术风险,甚至会影响配电网的安全稳定运行。配电网的传统电压调节手段和能力都有限,已有的基于电力电子方案较多,但都过于复杂、不经济。本文提出了采用晶闸管、避雷器等部件的环网控制器的新方案及其相应的控制逻辑,并搭建了基于实际配电网适当简化而来的等值系统,在此基础上进行了仿真分析。研究结果表明:所提出的环网控制器方案结构简单、易于实现,对现有保护影响小,能有效限制合环倒负荷过程中的冲击,也能合理应对预期发生的系统故障,为提高配电网可靠性提供了新方案、新思路。The existing distribution grid usually adopts closed loop design and open loop operation.The loop back loading has many technical risks and even affects safe and stable operation of the distribution grid.The the regulation measures and capability of traditional voltage of distribution grid is limited and the existed various schemes based on power electronic technology are complicated and uneconomical.In this paper,the novel scheme of a ring main controller using such components as thyristors and arrestors,etc and its corresponding control logic is proposed.An equivalent system,which is obtained by simplifying an actual distribution grid,is set up and,on this basis,the simulation and analysis are performed.The study results show that the proposed ring main controller scheme is simple,easy to implement,and has negligible impact on the existing protection,which can not only limit the impact during the closed loop back loading,but also deal with the fault to be occurred.Therefore,this scheme provides new scheme and idea for improving reli⁃ability of distribution grid.
