某电厂台车及抓梁结构计算分析

摘  要:某电厂检修闸门为20世纪70年代建造,建造时未考虑闸门起吊检修问题。现根据现场实际条件设计台车及抓梁,并采用三维软件建立台车架及抓梁模型,然后使用前处理软件进行离散化,再使用有限元软件进行求解。根据求解得到结果对机架结构进行优化设计,使结构强度大幅度增加,并满足遭受设计最大载荷80 t情况下结构应力值不超过180 MPa要求,同时挠度需满足相关规范要求。The bulkhead gate of a power plant was built in the 1970s,and the lifting maintenance of the gate was not considered when it was constructed.Now the trolley and the gripping beam are designed according to the actual conditions of the site,three-dimensional software is used to establish the trolley frame and gripping beam model,then pre-processing software is used for discretization,and then finite element software is used for solution.According to the results of the solution,the frame structure is optimized to greatly increase the strength of the structure and meet the requirement that the structural stress value is not more than 180 MPa under the maximum designed load of 80T,and the deflection needs to meet relevant specifications.
