摘　　要：通过对地方社科院图书馆网络化信息服务的研究分析,推进社科院图书馆信息时代的转型进程。采用文献调研、网络调查等方法对地方社科院图书馆的网站和微信公众号的栏目设置现状及服务项目进行比较,分析存在的问题。提出图书馆要明确以用户为中心的理念,构建以网络为依托,以用户需求为导向,以大数据技术为驱动的信息服务体系建设策略。In order to push forward the transformation process of academy of social sciences libraries in the information age through the research and analysis of networking informationservices of local academy of social sciences libraries,this paper uses the methods of literature research,network survey,etc.,to compare the status of column setup and service items in the websites and WeChat official accounts of local academy of social sciences libraries,analyzes the existing problems,and proposes that libraries should clarify the user-centered concept,and the construction strategies for building the information service system based on the network,oriented by users'needs and driven by big data technology.
