失独老人生活秩序重构的行动研究

摘　　要：唯一子女的不幸离世直接击垮了失独父母的生活秩序,失独老人的生存状况亟待关注。本文以行动研究的方法,协助失独老人重构其生活秩序。行动研究的历程分为问题发现与界定、行动规划、行动规划执行、行动结果检验、行动总结等五个阶段。行动研究介入后,研究对象的改变和研究团队的成长证明行动研究有效。研究中的反思则包括:与失独老人建立关系和收集资料需假以时日;失独老人服务中生命意义重建亟待强化;失独老人有自助与助人的可能;社会组织与落地方是相互促进的协作关系等。The loss of the only child directly disrupts the normal life order of parents subject to the only-child policy,arousing a serious community concern over their condition of existence.This study aims to help the elderly suffering such losses,in an effort to help reconstruct their life order through an action-based research.A five-stage action model is adopted,namely:diagnosis and definition of the problem,development of an action plan,implementation of the action plan,evaluation of the result,and summary and reflection.Changes of the object of research as well the growth of the research team,upon intervention of the action-based research,testifies to the efficacy of the research.Among the key reflections are:the reconstruction of life meanings in services provided to the said parents expects an improvement;there exist in the said parents probabilities of both self-help and helping out,and;what marks the relationship between social organizations and relevant communities is mutually promoting ordination.
