摘　　要：延安时期是党章建设的重要阶段,党中央基于现实需要不断充实与完善党章规范。党的六届六中全会是延安时期党章建设的开端,党中央通过制定党内法规和规范性文件实现党章的补充、延伸和事实修改。党的七大正式修改党章,在延安时期党的奋斗发展、理论创新、自身建设、局部执政和党内法规制度建设基础上,增写党的总纲、明确规定党员义务与权利、充实党的领导和执政制度,并修改诸多条文。回望历史、总结经验,有助于我们理解新时代党章的基本功能与时代特色。The Yan′an period was an important stage of the construction of CPC′s Constitution,during which the CPC′s Central Committee enriched and improved the norms of the CPC′s Constitution based on practical needs.The Sixth Plenary Session of the Sixth Central Committee of the CPC initiating the construction of CPC′s Constitution during Yan′an period,the Central Committee of the CPC supplemented,extended and revised the CPC′s Constitution by formulating internal party regulations and normative documents.The Seventh National Congress of the CPC officially revised CPC′s Constitution based on CPC′s struggle and development,theoretical innovation,self-construction,local governance,and the construction of inner party regulation,adding the Party′s general programme,clarifying the obligations and rights of party members,enriching the party′s leadership and governance system,and revising various articles.Looking back at history and summarizing experience can help to understand the basic functions and characteristics of the Party Constitution in the new era.
