摘 要:青年大学生是我国主要的人力资源,其就业状况对我国社会经济发展产生直接影响。通过文献梳理、问卷访谈和专家咨询,从个体特征、就业意向、家庭资本、人际关系和社会因素等5个维度对河南省大学生就业意向影响因素进行集成提取,结合DEMATEL-ISM定量分析因素间的作用关系与递阶层次结构,得出原因因素与结果因素,以直接—中间—深层三方面因素进行呈现,识别关键路径,为大学生就业提供建议,对企业人才招聘也有一定的借鉴意义。Young college students are the main human resources in China,and their employment situation will have a direct impact on China′s social and economic development.Based on this study,through literature review,questionnaire interviews and expert consultation,this paper makes an integrated extraction of the influencing factors of college students′employment intention in Henan Province from five dimensions(namely,individual characteristics,employment intention,family finance,interpersonal relationship and social factors).Combined with the function relationship and hierarchical structure of DEMATEL and ISM quantitative analysis factors,the factors of cause and result are finally obtained,which are presented by direct-intermediate-deep three factors,and the key paths are identified,which provides suggestions for college students′employment and has certain enlightening significance for enterprise talent recruitment.
