摘  要:金樱根是多种知名中成药大品种的原料药,但至今缺乏统一的药材标准,究其原因在于对不同来源的金樱根药材的质量研究不够充分。为了提高金樱根药材的质量控制水平,该文从浸出物、大类成分含量、薄层色谱鉴别、指纹图谱和活性成分含量5个方面对金樱根样品进行了全面的成分分析。结果显示,不同来源的金樱根样品在化学成分的含量上存在较大差异,但是化学成分组成种类上各样品之间差别不大。其中3种基原比较,金樱子根中各类成分的含量更高;而药用部位比较,金樱根中的各类成分的含量均高于金樱茎。同时建立了金樱根中三萜类成分和非三萜类成分的指纹图谱,并测定了金樱根中蔷薇苷、野蔷薇苷、千花木酸、蔷薇酸、委陵菜酸5种主要三萜类成分含量,结果与大类成分测定一致。从而可以得出结论,金樱根药材质量与其产地、基原和药用部位都有一定的相关性。该文建立的方法为金樱根药材质量标准的提升奠定了基础,也为金樱茎作为金樱根药材使用的合理性提供了数据支撑。Rosae Radix et Rhizoma is the raw material of various famous Chinese patent medicines,but there is no unified medicinal standard so far.The reason is that the research on the quality of Rosae Radix et Rhizoma from different sources is insufficient.Therefore,in this paper,the composition of Rosae Radix et Rhizoma from different sources was comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of extract content,TLC identification,active components content determination,major components determination and fingerprint,so as to improve the quality control level.The results showed that there were great differences in the content of chemical components among the samples from different sources,but there was little difference in the composition of chemical components among the samples.The contents of various components in the roots of Rosa laevigata were higher than those in the other two species,and the contents of various components in the roots were higher than those i n the stems.The fingerprints of triterpenoids and non-triterpenoids were established.At the same time,the content of five main triterpenoids in the Rosae Radix et Rhizoma was determined,including rosacoside,rosacoside,oleifloric acid,rosaceous acid and velinic acid.The results were consistent with the determination of major components.So,the quality of Rosae Radix et Rhizoma is related to its species,producing area and medicinal parts.The method established in this paper lays a foundation for the improvement of the quality standard of Rosae Radix et Rhizoma,and also provides data supp ort for the rationality of the use of stem as Rosae Radix et Rhizoma.
