摘　　要：多肽疫苗以特异性抗原表位作为疫苗抗原成分,能够有效地减少接种不良反应,增强疫苗的免疫原性,具有良好的应用价值和前景。本文综述了多肽疫苗的制备、诱导免疫反应的原理、疫苗递送载体、优势和不足,以及细菌、病毒和肿瘤多肽疫苗的研究现状,为多肽疫苗的研发提供参考。Polypeptide vaccines use specific epitopes as antigen components,which can reduce adverse reactions and enhance immunogenicity of vaccines and has potential value and prospect for vaccine development.In this review,we summarize preparations,principles of inducing immune responses,delivery vectors,and advantages and disadvantages of polypeptide vaccines,as well as the research status of bacterial,viral,and tumor polypeptide vaccines,in order to provide reference for research and development of polypeptide vaccines.
