摘　　要：A组轮状病毒(Rotavirus,RV)是引起全球婴幼儿重症腹泻的主要病原体之一。RV感染所致腹泻目前尚无特异性的治疗药物,接种RV疫苗是预防RV感染最有效的手段。研究表明不同RV疫苗在不同国家或地区的保护效果不完全一样。本文对在中国已上市或已完成临床研究的RV疫苗的保护效果/效力和安全性进行综述,为中国RV疫苗应用和研发提供参考。Group A rotavirus(RV)is a major pathogen that causes severe diarrhea in infants and young children worldwide.There is no specific drug for treating rotavirus infection related diarrhea;RV vaccine is the most effective means to prevent RV infection.Studies show that protective effectiveness of different rotavirus vaccines vary by country and region.In this article,we review the effectiveness/efficacy and safety of rotavirus vaccines that are marketed in China or are clinical trials that have been completed in China to provide reference for applications and research and development of rotavirus vaccines in China.
