摘　　要：目的 了解感染人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)育龄期女性歧视感知、心理韧性、社会资本现状及其影响因素。方法 选择553名感染HIV育龄期女性,采用国际通用量表调查,运用Logistic模型分析感染者心理韧性、歧视感知、社会资本的影响因素。结果 心理韧性较低者中职工医保比例(45.10%)是较高者(16.93%)的2.66倍,歧视感知低水平中月收入≤1000元人员(41.94%)显著低于高水平者(57.00%)。丧偶、居民医保/新农合是社会资本得分的影响因素。月收入中1001~3000元和3001~5000元、居民医保/新农合、无保险是歧视感知得分的影响因素。结论 关注高教育程度者、离异/丧偶、月收入低等人群,及时进行心理咨询及健康检查。Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of perceived discrimination,psychological resilience and social capital among women of reproductive age infected with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV).Methods A total of 553 HIV-infected women of childbearing age were selected and investigated with international universal scale.Logistic model was used to analyze the influencing factors of resilience,perceived discrimination and social capital of HIV-infected women.Results The proportion of workers'medical insurance in the low level of psychological resilience(45.10%)was 2.66 times as that in the high level(16.93%).The proportion of workers with monthly income less than and equal to 1000 yuan(41.94%)in the low level of discrimination perception was significantly lower than that in the high level(57.00%).Widower,medical insurance/new rural cooperative medical system were the influencing factors of social capital score.The monthly income of 1001-3000 yuan and 3001-5000 yuan,residents'medical insurance/new rural cooperative medical system,and no insurance are the influencing factors of the score of discrimination perception.Conclusion Pay attention to people with high education,divorced/widowed,low monthly income,timely psychological counseling and health examination.
