信息化链式管理模式在新生儿高胆红素血症中的应用及对新生儿舒适度影响

摘　　要：目的 分析信息化链式管理模式在新生儿高胆红素血症中的应用及对新生儿舒适度的影响。方法 选取2021年12月至2022年3月在嘉兴市妇幼保健院诊治的100例高胆红素血症患儿,根据随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组及研究组,两组各50例。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用信息化链式管理模式干预。检测和对比两组患儿黄疸指数、血清总胆红素、生长发育情况、舒适度、治疗指标改善情况以及家属护理满意度。结果 两组患儿黄疸指数、血清总胆红素、NIPS评分均降低,体质量、神经评分均升高,且研究组变化幅度较大(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组患儿摄入奶量、家属护理满意度较高,初排胎粪时间、黄疸消失时间较短(P<0.05)。结论 信息化链式管理模式可提高患儿舒适度,促进生长发育,加快患儿康复速度。Objective The application of information chain management mode in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and its influence on neonatal comfort level were analyzed.Methods A total of 1oo children with hyperbilirubinemia diagnosed and treated in Jiaxing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from December 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing intervention,the research group used information chain management mode intervention.Jaundice index,serum total bilirubin,growth and development,comfort level,improvement of treatment index and family nursing satisfaction of the two groups were detected and compared.Results The jaundice index,serum total bilirubin and NIPS scores were decreased in the two groups,while the body weight and nerve scores were increased,and the change range was larger in the study group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the children in the study group had higher milk intake and nursing satisfaction,and shorter meconium time and jaundice disappearance time(P<0.05).Conclusion Information chain management mode can improve the comfort of children,promote growth and development,accelerate the speed of children's rehabilitation.
