摘 要:针对空间站再生生保系统集成度高,重量、体积和维修性等要求高的集成设计难题,提出基于维修性的集成设计,包括系统布局方案、总体接口方案、在轨可更换单元集成设计、管接头标准化设计及标识系统设计等方面;通过仿真验证、地面试验验证及全面在轨验证,系统功能性能、抗力学特性、工效学指标等得到了全面验证和优化。验证结果表明:系统维修性、集成度和轻量化方面具有显著优势,再生生保系统集成方案满足设计要求。Targeting the challenges of integrated design due to the high integration feature,the strict requirements on the weight,volume and maintainability of the regenerative life support system in space station,an integrated design scheme based on maintainability was proposed,including the system layout scheme,the overall interface scheme,the detailed integrated design of orbital replacement unit,the pipeline standardization,and the logo.The system function performance,the resistance characteristics and the ergonomics of the regenerative life support systems were fully verified and optimized through simulation,ground test and comprehensive on-orbit verification.The verification results showed that the scheme had significant advantages in maintainability,integration and lightweight,and the integration scheme of the regenerative life support systems could meet the design requirements.
