太空养心丸对急进高原缺氧的防护作用

摘　　要：针对急进高原地区缺氧药物防护问题,招募60名健康青年男性志愿者随机分为3组(安慰剂组、红景天胶囊组、太空养心丸组),预防性用药21天后急进3400 m高原地区,在进驻前后不同时间点通过高原病严重程度评分、生理指标检测、人机工效等方法对太空养心丸高原缺氧防护效果进行研究。结果表明:相比安慰剂组,进驻高原第3天,红景天胶囊组及太空养心丸组急性高原病患病率均显著降低35%(P<0.0125);第5天,红景天胶囊组及太空养心丸组血氧饱和度水平均显著增高(P<0.05),太空养心丸组心率显著降低(P<0.05);人机工效方面,红景天胶囊组第1天警觉反应时明显缩短(P<0.05);太空养心丸组第1、7天警觉反应时均明显缩短(P<0.05),且第7天操作任务正确率明显升高(P<0.05)。提示太空养心丸与红景天胶囊效果相似,在急进高原情况下,可降低急性高原病患病率,缓解头痛、头晕、恶心、呕吐、食欲下降等高原反应症状,具有一定的提高血氧饱和度、加强心血管调节能力,增强自主神经稳定性的作用,并可一定程度上改善志愿者的作业能力。To solve the drug protection problem for people rush into plateau,60 healthy young male subjects were recruited and randomly divided into 3 groups(placebo group,Rhodiola capsules group,and Taikong Yangxin Pills group),and were prophylactically administered for 21 days before and after they rush into the 3400 m high altitude area.The effects of Taikong Yangxin Pills on the protection against hypoxia were compared at different time points before and after rushing into high altitude through the Lake Louise scoring system,physiological index test and human-mechanical efficiency.The results showed that compared with the placebo group,the prevalence of acute mountain sickness was 35%lower in both the Rhodiola capsules and Taikong Yangxin Pills groups on day 3(P<0.0125);on day 5,the blood oxygen saturation level was significantly higher in both the Rhodiola capsules and Taikong Yangxin Pills groups(P<0.05),and the heart rate was significantly lower in Taikong Yangxin Pills group(P<0.05);In terms of the human-mechanical efficiency,the alert reaction time was significantly shortened in the Rhodiola capsules group on day 1(P<0.05);while the alert reaction time was significantly shortened in the Taikong Yangxin Pills group on days 1 and 7(P<0.05),and the correct rate of operational task on day 7 was significantly higher(P<0.05),suggesting that the effect of Taikong Yangxin Pills was similar to that of Rhodiola capsules,in the case of rush into the high altitude,which could reduce the prevalence of acute mountain sickness,alleviate the symptoms of high altitude reaction such as headache,dizziness,nausea,vomiting and decreased appetite.It had certain effects in improving blood oxygen saturation,strengthening cardiovascular regulation ability,enhancing autonomic stability,and improving the operational ability of subjects to a certain extent.
