短程大剂量糖皮质激素冲击联合其他免疫抑制剂治疗对重症肌无力患者不良反应及效果的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析短程大剂量糖皮质激素冲击联合其他免疫抑制剂治疗对重症肌无力患者不良反应及效果的影响。方法方便选择2018年11月—2021年11月盐城市第一人民医院神经内科收治的102例重症肌无力患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为常态组与科研组,每组51例。常态组采用糖皮质激素治疗,科研组则采用短程大剂量糖皮质激素冲击联合其他免疫抑制剂治疗,观察比较两组肌无力严重程度评分、不良反应以及治疗效果。结果用药后,科研组的肌无力严重程度评分低于常态组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=7.026,P<0.05)。科研组的治疗总有效率为88.24%,高于常态组的70.59%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.857,P=0.028)。科研组的不良反应发生率为5.88%,低于常态组的23.53%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.331,P=0.012)。结论应用短程大剂量糖皮质激素冲击联合其他免疫抑制剂治疗重症肌无力可获得良好的效果,不良反应明显降低,安全高效,应用价值极高。Objective To analyze the effect of short course high-dose glucocorticoid shock combined with other immunosuppressive therapy on the adverse effects and outcome of patients with myasthenia gravis.Methods 102 patients with myasthenia gravis admitted to the Department of Neurology at Yancheng First People's Hospital from November 2018 to November 2021 were conveniently selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a normal group and a research group based on a random number table,with 51 patients in each group.The normal group received glucocorticoid treatment,while the research group received short course high-dose glucocorticoid shock combined with other immunosuppressive therapy.The severity score,adverse reactions,and treatment effects of muscle weakness were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After medication,the severity score of muscle weakness in the research group was lower than that of the normal group patients,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.026,P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 88.24%,higher than 70.59%in the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.857,P=0.028).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 5.88%,lower than 23.53%in the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.331,P=0.012).Conclusion The application of short course high-dose glucocorticoid shock combined with other immunosuppressive therapy for the treatment of myasthenia gravis can achieve good results with a significant reduction in adverse reactions,which is safe and efficient and of high application value.
