右佐匹克隆与扎来普隆治疗失眠症患者的安全性评价

摘　　要：目的评价右佐匹克隆与扎来普隆治疗失眠症患者的安全性。方法方便选取2021年1月—2022年4月吉林省神经精神病医院接收的失眠症患者94例为研究对象,以随机数表法分为A、B组,各47例。A组患者行右佐匹克隆治疗,B组患者行扎来普隆治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的疗效情况。结果A组治疗总有效率91.49%低于B组的93.62%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者PSQI评分、HAMD评分、5-HT水平、BDNF水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组不良反应发生率为19.16%高于B组的4.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对失眠症患者分别予以扎来普隆、右佐匹克隆治疗,均能取得较好效果,有助于患者病情改善,睡眠质量提高,血清BDNF、5-HT水平提升,但相比右佐匹克隆,施以扎来普隆安全性更高。Objective Evaluate the safety of dexzopiclone and zaleplon in the treatment of insomnia patients.Methods 94 patients with insomnia admitted to Jilin Provincial Neuropsychiatric Hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were conveniently selected as the study subjects and were divided into A and B groups using random number table method,with 47 cases each.Group A patients received right zopiclone treatment,while group B patients received zaleplon treatment.Compared the efficacy of two groups of patients after treatment.Results The total effective rate of group A was 91.49%lower than that of group B,which was 93.62%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in PSQI score,HAMD score,5-HT level,and BDNF level between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was 19.16%higher than that in group B,which was 4.26%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of zaleplon and dexzopiclone in the treatment of insomnia patients can achieve good results,which helps improve the patient's condition,sleep quality,and serum BDNF and 5-HT levels.However,compared to dexzopiclone,the use of zaleplon has higher security.
