多学科协作护理模式在结直肠肿瘤手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析多学科协作护理模式在结直肠肿瘤手术患者中的应用价值。方法方便选择2021年6月—2022年9月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的84例结直肠肿瘤手术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为参照组与研究组,每组42例。参照组实施常规护理,研究组实施多学科协作护理。比较两组患者术后恢复指标、术后并发症发生率和护理前后营养指标、多维疲劳量表评分、生命质量评分。结果研究组术后并发症发生率2.38%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.480,P<0.05);研究组术后首次进食时间、首次排气时间、首次下床时间、住院时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组白蛋白、前白蛋白高于参照组,多维疲劳量表评分低于参照组,生命质量评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对结直肠肿瘤患者实施多学科协作护理可减轻患者疲劳感,并改善营养状况,促进术后快速恢复,提高生命质量。Objective To analyze the application value of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing mode in patients with colorectal tumor surgery.Methods A total of 84 patients with colorectal tumor surgery who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from June 2021 to September 2022 were conveniently selected as the research objects.They were divided into a reference group and a study group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine care,and the study group was given multidisciplinary collaborative care.The postoperative recovery index,postoperative complication rate,nutritional index,multidimensional fatigue scale score,and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 2.38%lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.480,P<0.05).The first time to eat,the first time to exhaust,the first time to get out of bed,and the hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the albumin and prealbumin in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the multidimensional fatigue scale score was lower than that in the reference group,and the quality of life score was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing for patients with colorectal tumors can reduce fatigue,improve nutritional status,promote rapid postoperative recovery,and improve quality of life.
