制川乌、制草乌临床运用探析

摘　　要：制川乌、制草乌治疗风湿痛痹疗效显著,然而该类药物均因含乌头碱类而易引起中毒,且有效的治疗剂量与中毒剂量接近,在临床上常使人不敢大胆使用。为更好地了解川乌、草乌毒性药物,本文针对川乌、草乌的相关研究进行汇总探析。主要从药物的特性及历史沿革、药理毒理分析、中毒症状及不良反应的临床表现、出现不良反应的治疗措施、临床常见中毒原因、预防措施以及临床使用的经验等方面进行探索分析,为临床准确运用该毒性药物,提供一定的帮助。The treatment of rheumatic pain and arthralgia with prepared Sichuan Aconite and prepared Grass Aconite has significant therapeutic effects.However,these drugs are prone to poisoning due to the presence of aconitines,and the effective therapeutic dose is close to the toxic dose.In clinical practice,they often make people afraid to use them boldly.In order to better understand the toxic drugs of Chuanwu and Caowu,this paper summarizes and analyzes the relevant research on Chuanwu and Caowu.It mainly explores and analyzes the characteristics and history of drugs,pharmacology and toxicology analysis,clinical manifestations of poisoning symptoms and adverse reactions,treatment measures for adverse reactions,common clinical causes of poisoning,preventive measures,and clinical experience.To provide some help for the accurate clinical application of this toxic drug.
