集束化护理干预在过敏性鼻炎患者中的效果及对自我管理水平的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究集束化护理干预在过敏性鼻炎患者中的效果及对自我管理水平的影响。方法随机选取2021年10月—2022年10月于厦门大学附属第一医院就诊的120例过敏性鼻炎患者为研究对象,依照入院编号奇偶数分成对照组(奇数)和观察组(偶数),各60例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用集束化护理干预。比较两组干预前后的鼻部症状[鼻症状总分(TNSS)、鼻伴随症状总分(TNNSS)]、自我管理能力水平(ESCA)、生活质量水平(RQLQ)。结果干预后,两组患者的TNSS、TNNSS、RQLQ各项评分均有下降,ESCA各项目评分均有上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的TNSS评分(4.88±0.30)分、TNNSS评分(1.32±0.27)分低于对照组(5.02±0.32)分、(2.09±0.46)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.472、11.182,P<0.05)。观察组RQLQ各项评分低于对照组,ESCA各项目评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用集束化护理干预过敏性鼻炎患者有较好的效果,可有效缓解患者的鼻部症状,提升患者的自我管理能力水平,并改善患者的生活质量。Objective To study the effect of cluster nursing intervention in patients with allergic rhinitis and its influence on selfmanagement level.Methods 120 patients with allergic rhinitis who visited the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from October 2021 to October 2022 were randomly selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group(odd number)and an observation group(even number)based on their admission numbers,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received cluster nursing intervention.The nasal symptoms[total score of nasal symptoms(TINSS),total score of nasal accompanying symptoms(TNNSS)],selfmanagement ability(ESCA)and quality of life(RQLQ)were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the TNSS,TNNSS,and RQLQ scores of both groups of patients decreased,while the ESCA scores of each item increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the TNSS score(4.88±0.30)points and TNNSS score(1.32±0.27)points of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(5.02±0.32)points and(2.09±0.46)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.472,11.182,P<0.05).The RQLQ scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the ESCA scores were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using cluster nursing to intervene in patients with allergic rhinitis has a good effect.It can effectively relieve the nasal symptoms of patients,improve the selfmanagement ability of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
