摘　　要：近年来,科学技术飞速发展,数据大时代到来,红外线热成像技术在医学领域的研究方面有了巨大的突破。现通过分析红外热成像技术在中医项腰疾病运用的相关文献,阐述红外热成像技术在项腰疾病的辨证分型、体质分型、协助诊断、治疗及效果评估等方面的研究进展概况,并分析红外热成像技术运用于现代医学领域中的不足之处,为红外热成像技术的未来发展提出参考性的建议,随着红外热成像研究不断攻克技术难关,分辨率与清晰度大大提升,红外热成像技术成为了临床治疗的重要辅助诊断技术,为疾病的诊断及疗效评估提供了可靠指标,希望红外热成像技术在中医疾病的诊治运用中能够更加成熟。In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology and the arrival of the era of big data,infrared thermal imaging technology has made great breakthroughs in medical research.Through the analysis of relevant literature on the application of infrared thermal imaging technology in neck and waist diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,the research progress of infrared thermal imaging technology in syndrome differentiation,constitution typing,auxiliary diagnosis,treatment and effect evaluation of neck and waist diseases is described.And the shortcomings of infrared thermal imaging technology in the field of modern medicine are analyzed,and some reference suggestions for the future development of infrared thermal imaging technology are put forward.As infrared thermal imaging research continues to overcome technical difficulties,the resolution and clarity have been greatly improved,and infrared thermal imaging technology has become an important auxiliary diagnostic technology for clinical treatment,to provide reliable indicators for disease diagnosis and curative effect evaluation,it is hoped that infrared thermal imaging technology will be more mature in the diagnosis and treatment of TCM diseases.
