摘　　要：麻醉和镇静在现代医学实践中无处不在,通过给予镇静药物和止痛药物来帮助患者度过痛苦的医疗过程,是人性化的方法,成为就医过程重要的组成部分。麻醉药理学的发展目标是减少生理干扰,改善患者手术体验及促进加速康复。在过去几十年中,常用的麻醉镇静药物几乎没有变化,如丙泊酚、依托咪酯和咪达唑仑,在一定监测条件下使用相对安全和有效。然而,每种药物在临床实践中都有一定的缺点,促使人们不断探索寻找新的药物。瑞马唑仑是一种新型苯二氮[艹卓]类药物,产生于所谓的“软药物”开发,是一种超短效静脉镇静催眠药,目前已在多家大医院临床应用。本综述主要总结这种“软药物”瑞马唑仑近期在麻醉领域的应用,为更好地指导临床麻醉提供参考。Anesthesia and sedation are ubiquitous in modern medical practice.It is a humanized method to help patients through the painful medical process by giving sedative drugs and analgesic drugs,and it has become an important part of the medical treatment process.The development goals of anesthesia pharmacology are to reduce physiological disturbances,improve the patient´s surgical experience and promote accelerated recovery.In the past few decades,the commonly used anesthetic and sedative drugs have hardly changed,such as propofol,etomidate,and midazolam,and they are relatively safe and effective under certain monitoring conditions.However,each drug has certain disadvantages in clinical practice,prompting people to continuously explore to find new drugs.Remimazolam is a new class of benzodiazepines,resulting from the development of socalled"soft drugs",an ultrashortacting intravenous sedativehypnotics.At present,it has been clinically applied in many large hospitals.This review mainly summarizes the recent application of this"soft drug"remimazolam in the field of anesthesia,and provides a reference for better guidance of clinical anesthesia.
