阿托伐他汀钙片联合脑心通胶囊对冠心病患者临床效果和不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙片联合脑心通胶囊在冠心病患者治疗中的临床效果及不良反应发生情况。方法选取我院2020年2月至2023年1月所接诊的116例冠心病患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析;按治疗方案的不同将其分作对照组与研究组(各58例);对照组采取脑心通胶囊脑心通胶囊治疗,研究组采取阿托伐他汀钙片联合脑心通胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、血脂指标、心功能指标及不良反应发生率等情况。结果研究组患者治疗后的总有效率(91.38%)明显比对照组患者(72.41%)高(χ^(2)=7.036,P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C等血脂指标对比无差异(P>0.05);研究组患者治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C指标低于本组治疗前及对照组,且其治疗后HDL-C高于本组治疗前及对照组,(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后LVEF、LVESV、LVEDV等指标优于本组治疗前及对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后的不良反应发生率(5.17%)明显低于对照组患者(18.97%)(χ^(2)=5.199,P<0.05)。结论对冠心病患者予以阿托伐他汀钙片与脑心通胶囊联合治疗的效果显著,能显著改善其血脂水平及心功能,并减少不良反应的发生。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effects and adverse reactions of atorvastation calcium tablets combined with naoxintong capsules in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 116 patients with coronary heart disease received in our hospital from February 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into control group and study group(58 cases each).The control group was treated with naoxintong capsules,while the study group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with naoxintong capsules.The total effective rate,blood lipid index,cardiac function index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(91.38%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.41%)(χ^(2)=7.036,P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and other blood lipid indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The indexes of TG,TC and LDL-C in the study group after treatment were lower than before treatment and after treatment in the control group,and HDL-C after treatment was higher than before treatment and after treatment in the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of LVEF,LVESV and LVEDV in the study group after treatment were better than those in the control group before treatment and after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(5.17%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(18.97%)(χ^(2)=5.199,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of atorvastation calcium tablets and naoxintong capsules in patients with coronary heart disease has a good curative effect,which can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of disease,improve the level of blood lipid and cardiac function,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
