炎琥宁应用于小儿急性支气管炎的临床疗效及对肺部功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨注射用炎琥宁治疗小儿急性支气管炎的效果。方法选取我院2019年1月至2020年7月收治的小儿急性支气管炎患儿80例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和研究组,各40例,对照组采用利巴韦林进行治疗,研究组采用注射用炎琥宁进行治疗,对比两组的临床治疗效果、症状消失时间、肺功能指标、炎性因子水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组临床总有效率(90.00%)明显高于对照组(72.50%)(χ^(2)=4.021,P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患儿高温、咽喉红肿、流涕及咳嗽等症状消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患儿肺功能明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组炎性因子水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率(7.50%)低于对照组22.50%(χ^(2)=4.501,P<0.05)。结论注射用炎琥宁能迅速缓解急性支气管炎患儿的临床症状,有效改善肺功能,且安全性良好。Objective To investigate the effect of Yanhuning for injection on acute bronchitis in children and impart on lung function.Methods A total of 80 pediatric patients with acute bronchitis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to July 2020 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and study group based on different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ribavirin,and the study group was treated with Yanhuning for injection.The clinical therapeutic effect,symptom disappearance time,lung function index,inflammatory factor level and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate(90.00%)of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.50%)(χ^(2)=4.021,P<0.05).After treatment,the disappearance time of symptoms such as high temperature,throat swelling,runny nose and cough in the study group were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lung function of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of inflammatory factors in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(7.50%)was lower than that in the control group 22.50%(χ^(2)=4.501,P<0.05).Conclusion Yanhuning for injection can rapidly relieve the clinical symptoms of acute bronchitis patients,effectively improve lung function with good safety.
