摘　　要：目的分析快速康复护理措施干预腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术的日间手术的应用价值。方法选取2022年3月至2023年3月我院妇科接诊70例腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术患者,以护理方案作为分组标准,研究组予以快速康复护理,对照组予以常规护理,每组35例,分析两组心理情绪、睡眠质量、恢复情况、疼痛情况、满意度等。结果研究组护理后HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理后睡眠质量更高,PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理后恢复效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者机体疼痛情况较对照组疼痛情况较轻,研究组患者护理服务满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。结论在腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术治疗期间予以快速康复护理能稳定患者的心理情绪,缓解机体疼痛情况,提高术后恢复效果,使患者尽早恢复健康。Objective To analyze the application value of rapid rehabilitation nursing interventions in daytime surgery for laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection.Methods From March 2022 to March 2023,70 patients who underwent laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection in our hospital's gynecology department were selected to participate in the study.The study selected data and used nursing plans as grouping criteria.The study group received rapid rehabilitation care,while the control group received routine care.The number of patients in each group was 35.The psychological emotions,sleep quality,recovery,pain,satisfaction,etc.of the two groups were analyzed.Results The HAMA and HAHD scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The study group had higher sleep quality after nursing care and had lower PSQI scores than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery effect of patients after nursing in the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain in the study group was milder than that in the control group,and the satisfaction of patients with nursing services in the study group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing during laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy treatment can stabilize the patient's psychological mood,relieve body pain,improve the postoperative recovery effect,and enable the patient to recover as soon as possible.
