静脉尿路造影的个性化护理对策及实施效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析在静脉尿路造影中开展个性化护理措施的价值,为临床提供数据参考。方法2021年1月至2021年6月在我院实施静脉尿路造影检查的49例患者,按照常规护理。2021年7月至2021年12月在实施静脉尿路造影检查患者中开展个性化护理,检查的59例患者纳入对照组,依据焦虑、抑郁(SAS、SDS)自评量表评价负面情绪;依据视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价疼痛程度;采用自制满意度评价问卷评价满意度;不良反应发生情况,各项指标数据对比确认个性化护理在静脉尿路造影中的应用价值。结果①对比负面情绪评分,实施后SAS、SDS评分明显低于实施前,P<0.05。②对比VAS评分,实施后VAS评分明显低于实施前,P<0.05。③对比满意度评分。实施后表现态度、操作技术、理论知识、沟通技巧明显高于实施前,P<0.05。④不良反应。实施后总发生率明显低于实施前(5.08%vs.28.57%),P<0.05。结论在静脉尿路造影中实施个性化护理,有效安抚患者情绪,提高其配合度,保证检查顺利完成,同时提高护理服务水平。Objective To analyze the value of personalized nursing measures in intravenous urography and provide data reference for clinical practice.Methods Forty-nine patients who underwent intravenous urography in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2021 received routine care.From July 2021 to December 2021,personalized care was carried out among patients undergoing intravenous urography examination.59 patients who underwent the examination were included in the control group,and negative emotions were evaluated based on anxiety and depression(SAS,SDS)selfassessment scales;Evaluate the degree of pain using Visual Analog Scale(VAS);Using a self-made satisfaction evaluation questionnaire to evaluate satisfaction.The occurrence of adverse reactions and the comparison of various indicator data confirm the application value of personalized nursing in intravenous urography.Results(1)Compare negative emotion scores,after implementation,the SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than before implementation,P<0.05.(2)Compare VAS scores,after implementation,the VAS score was significantly lower than before implementation,P<0.05.(3)Compare satisfaction ratings,after implementation,the performance attitude,operational skills,theoretical knowledge,and communication skills were significantly higher than before implementation,P<0.05.(4)Adverse reactions,the total incidence rate after implementation was 5.08%,significantly lower than 28.57%before implementation,P<0.05.Conclusion Implementing personalized care in intravenous urography can effectively calm patients'emotions,improve their cooperation,ensure the smooth completion of the examination,and improve the level of nursing services.
