摘 要:针对现有视觉位移测量系统在面对监测场景切换时无法同时满足不同场景监测要求和成本较高的问题,本文基于成本低廉、适用于普适化变形监测的工业相机,研制了一套集成数字图像相关法、Hessian矩阵法、模板匹配法三种位移提取算法的振动位移测量系统,该系统实现了图像数据自动采集、数据处理与位移计算、位移结果可视化与查询、位移监测报表等功能。采用迈德威视MV-SUA133GM-T型工业相机在高铁桥梁抗震试验中进行测量,结果表明Hessian矩阵法、模板匹配法和相位相关法的精度分别为0.048mm、0.049mm和0.056mm,满足高精度结构振动监测要求。Aiming at the problem that the existing vision-based displacement measurement system cannot meet the monitoring requirements of different scenes,such as the switching of monitoring scenes and the high cost.Based on the industrial camera with low cost and suitable for general application,we developed a vibration displacement measurement system integrating three displacement extraction algorithms:digital image correlation method,Hessian matrix method and template matching method in this paper,and has the functions of image data automatic acquisition,data processing and displacement calculation,displacement result visualization and query,displacement monitoring report and so on.The MV-SUA133GM-T industrial camera is used to the seismic test of high-speed railway bridges.The results show that the accuracy of Hessian matrix method,template matching method and phase correlation method are 0.048mm,0.049mm and 0.056mm respectively,which meet the requirements of high-precision structural vibration monitoring.
