摘　　要：目的:探讨使用PDCA循环法在临床输血科提高预存式自体输血率质量持续管理中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月—2019年12月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九一○医院预存式自体输血具体情况。使用PDCA循环法提高预存式自体输血率,以改进后的2019年1月—12月预存式自体输血情况作为观察组,以2018年1月—12月预存式自体输血情况作为对照组,并对观察组和对照组进行整理分析。结果:通过对比观察组和对照组,预存式自体输血率从17.11%(117/684)提高到30.29%(186/614),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=31.447,P<0.01)。结论:通过科学有效的使用PDCA循环法作为管理工具持续用于提高预存式自体输血率切实可行,取得了较为满意的效果。Objective:To investigate the value of using the PDCA cycle method in clinical transfusion departments to improve the continuous management of the quality of pre-storage autologous transfusion rates.Methods:The PDCA cycle method was used to improve the pre-storage autotransfusion rate,and the improved pre-storage autotransfusion from January-December 2019 was used as the observation group,and the pre-storage autotransfusion from January-December 2018 was used as the control group,and the observation and control groups were collated and analyzed.Results:By comparing the observation and control groups,the pre-storage autotransfusion rate increased from 17.11%(117/684)to 30.29%(186/614),with a statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=31.447,P<0.01).Conclusion:Through the scientific and effective use of the PDCA cycle method as a management tool consistently used to improve the rate of pre-storage autologous transfusion is practical and achieves more satisfactory results.
