正脊手法结合牵引疗法治疗脊柱疾病临床应用

摘　　要：正脊手法与牵引疗法在治疗脊柱疾病方面历史悠久、疗效显著,二者结合可显著提高临床疗效,避免治疗过程中不良反应的发生。本文从中外文献、临床研究等方面对二者治疗脊柱疾病的历史沿革、使用方法、疗效机制进行正理分析,并介绍一种将正脊手法与牵引疗法有机结合的新型直立脊柱减压技术。The change of lifestyle leads to the current situation of multiple spinal related diseases,causing serious loss of social productivity and occupying a lot of medical resources.Chiropractic manipulation and traction therapy have a long history and significant curative effect in the treatment of spine related diseases.The combination of the two can significantly improve the clinical curative effect in the treatment of spine related diseases,avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions in the treatment process,and achieve"seeking advantages and avoiding disadvantages".This paper analyzes the historical evolution,application methods and therapeutic mechanism of the two in the treatment of spinal related diseases from the aspects of Chinese and foreign literature and clinical research,and introduces a new upright spinal decompression technology that organically combines chiropractic manipulation with traction therapy.
