小儿推拿下法刍议

摘　　要：通过整理相关文献资料,对小儿推拿下法的理论来源、操作方法、注意事项、作用机理等内容进行分析与探讨。认为小儿推拿下法的理论来源最早可追溯于《黄帝内经》之“通泄”“消导”“攻逐”等学术思想,以推拿形式应用于临床实践首见于明代《小儿推拿秘诀》,后收录并发展于清代《厘正按摩要术》。小儿推拿下法通过手法作用于小儿胸腹部及手部经络穴位,可疏通气血、通调中焦气机,达到行气导滞、健脾助运的目的。对于临床治疗积滞及以积滞为病机引发的各种疾病具有重要的指导意义。By sorting out the relevant literature,this paper analyzes and discusses the theoretical source,operation methods,precautions and action mechanism of the massage method of“Xia Fa”for children.It is believed that the theoretical source of Pediatric Tuina massage of"Xia Fa"can be traced back to the academic ideas of"catharsis","removing diet stagnation"and"attacking"in the Huangdi Neijing.The application of massage in clinical practice was first seen in The secrets of children's massage in the Ming Dynasty,which was included and developed in LiZheng Massage Essentials in the Qing Dynasty.The Pediatric Tuina massage method acts on meridians and acupoints of children's chest,abdomen and hands through manipulation,which can dredge Qi and blood,regulate the qi movement of the middle-jiao,and achieve the purpose of guiding qi stagnation,strengthening spleen and assisting transportation.It has important guiding significance for clinical treatment of diet stagnation and various diseases caused by diet stagnation.
