摘　　要：大承气汤方出自《伤寒论》,由大黄、厚朴、枳实、芒硝组成,具有峻下热结之功,因其显著的临床疗效而成为中医治疗急症的典型代表,后世医家称之为“急下存阴”之特效方。文章介绍东北部地区名中医刘铁军教授运用大承气汤治疗急症经验,特摘录验案5则:中风(中脏腑)案、肛痈案、吐血案、疔疮走黄案、青风内障案。总结刘铁军教授运用大承气汤治疗急症特点有三:上病下取,釜底抽薪;通腑泻热,急下存阴;辨证求因,异病同治,在继承抢救名老中医经验的今天尤显其治法捷贵。The first record of Dachengqi Decoction(大承气汤)was in the book of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,which was made up of Rheum officinale,Mangnolia officinalis and fructus aurantii immaturus and sodium sulfate and has the effect of drastically purging heat concentration.Due to its obvious therapeutic effect,the Dachengqi Decoction had become a typical representative prescription of curing emergencies by TCM,and been called the special formula of“timely purgation to preserve yin”by physicians of later generations.The paper introduces the experience of Professor LIU Tie-jun,a famous Chinese medicine practitioner in the northeastern of China,in treating acute diseases with Dachengqi Decoction,choosing 5 cases:the case of stroke(attack on viscera),the case of perianal absces,the case of vomiting blood,the case of carbuncle complicated by septicemia,and the case of bluish glaucoma.In summary,Professor LIU Tie-jun's use of Dachengqi Decoction in the treatment of emergencies has three characteristics:treating the lower to cure the upper disease,taking a drastic measure to deal with a situation,relaxing bowels to purge heat,and timely purgation to preserve yin,differentiating syndromes for causes,and treating the same disease differently,which is especially valuable in the inheritance and rescue of the experience of famous veteran Chinese medicine practitioners today.
