摘　　要：综述近10年来舌针疗法治疗中风后遗症的研究概况。中风是临床常见的急性脑血管疾病,西医治疗手段较局限,且常留有吞咽不利、运动受限、言语不清等后遗症,极易影响生活质量,增加经济负担。中风后遗症是针灸疗法的优势病种,近年以舌针治疗中风后遗症的报道越来越多。本文从舌针治疗中风后吞咽障碍、运动障碍及失语症三大主症入手,探究舌针治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效与操作方法。认为舌针疗法治疗中风后遗症操作性强,有较好的临床疗效,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。To summarize the research status of tongue acupuncture in the treatment of sequelae of apoplexy in the past decade.Apoplexy is a common acute cerebrovascular disease in clinical practice,and its morbidity and mortality are relatively high.Western medicine treatment methods are relatively limited,and often leave sequelae such as poor swallowing,limited movement,and slurred speech,which can easily affect the quality of life and increase the economic burden.Sequelae of apoplexy are the dominant disease of acupuncture therapy,and in recent years,a great deal of reports have been reported on the treatment of sequelae of apoplexy with tongue acupuncture.This dissertation starts from the three main symptoms of tongue acupuncture in the treatment of post-apoplexy dyskinesia,dysphagia and aphasia,and explores the clinical efficacy and operation methods of tongue acupuncture in the treatment of sequelae of apoplexy.It is believed that tongue acupuncture therapy has strong operability in the treatment of sequelae of apoplexy,which also has good clinical efficacy.What’s more,it is no obvious adverse reactions of this treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
