摘　　要：绝经后骨质疏松症(postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMOP)是一种严重影响绝经后女性生活水平及质量的一种临床常见疾病。随着我国老龄化加速,绝经后骨质疏松发病率在逐年递增,对该方向的研究不断得到加强。随着近些年来祖国医学对绝经后骨质疏松症的不断深入研究,发现肾精亏虚所致髓空虚是骨萎的主要病因,其发病机制同样是由“肾主骨生髓”理论指导下的“肾(精)-髓-骨”三者递生关系决定。本文基于“肾主骨生髓”理论,从现代医学的整体、微观角度对其的科学阐述,并对其发病机制进行分析,并对“补肾填髓壮骨”法的临床效果进行综述,总结其有效的中医药治疗方案,为其临床治疗绝经后骨质疏松症提供借鉴与参考。Postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)is a common clinical disease that seriously affects the living standard and quality of postmenopausal women.With the acceleration of aging in China,the incidence of postmenopausal osteoporosis is increasing year by year.In recent years,with the in-depth study of postmenopausal osteoporosis in Chinese medicine,it has been found that the marrow emptiness caused by renal sperm deficiency is the main cause of bone collapse,and its pathogenesis is also determined by the"kidney(sperm)-marrow-bone"recurrence relationship under the guidance of the theory of"kidney main bone producing marrow".This article is based on"born kidney advocate bone marrow"theory,from the perspective of the whole of modern medicine,micro its scientific elaboration,and analyzes the pathogenesis,and clinical effect of"kidney fill marrow bones"method is summarized,summarizes the effective treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,for the clinical treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis to provide reference and reference.
