摘 要:超导电动悬浮具有大悬浮间隙、节能、环保等优点,是未来高速磁悬浮列车系统的技术路线之一。然而,在实际运行中,超导电动悬浮系统会受线路不平顺、气动扰动等因素影响而产生振动,振动会降低乘坐舒适性甚至导致列车悬浮失稳撞轨。因此,非常有必要研究抑制超导电动悬浮系统振动的方法。以铰链零磁通线圈超导电动悬浮系统为研究对象,开发超导电动悬浮系统“场–路–运动”耦合的阻尼性能分析模型,比较被动阻尼与主动阻尼的垂向振动抑制效果,揭示被动阻尼与主动阻尼的作用机理。研究结果表明,基于加速度比例控制的主动阻尼具有更优的振动抑制效果。Superconducting electrodynamic suspension(EDS)has the advantages of large suspension gap,energy saving,environmental protection,and etc.;therefore,it is one of the technical routes for the high-speed maglev train system in the future.However,in practical operation,the EDS system will vibrate due to the guideway irregularity,aerodynamic disturbance and other factors.The vibration will reduce the ride comfort or even lead to rail collision and other serious accidents.Therefore,it is very important to suppress the vibration.This paper studies the passive damping method and active damping method for suppressing the vertical vibration of the null-flux EDS.A field-circuit-motion coupled model used for analyzing damping characteristics is proposed.Based on the model,the vertical vibration suppression effect in full speed range of the passive and active damping methods is studied and compared.The passive damping and active damping mechanisms are revealed.The results show that the active damping based on acceleration proportional control has a better vibration suppression effect.
