摘 要:丝绸具有重要的经济与文化价值。为探究桑蚕品种对丝绸产地溯源模型准确率的影响,本研究通过桑蚕饲养试验,采用单因素方差分析(one-way ANOVA)和椭圆联合置信区间(EJCR)测试探讨桑蚕从幼虫至吐丝结茧的不同发育阶段蚕体、蚕沙样本中4种稳定同位素比值(δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N、δ^(2)H、δ^(18)O)的变化趋势,并比较不同品种对稳定同位素比值的影响。结果表明,不同龄期蚕体的δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N、δ^(2)H和δ^(18)O值变化趋势不同,且不同龄期蚕沙的稳定同位素比值变化趋势与蚕体相似。单因素方差分析结果表明,在相同饲喂条件下,除少数龄期外,不同品种之间蚕体和蚕沙样本稳定同位素组成总体不存在显著差异,且蚕体和蚕沙样本的δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N、δ^(2)H相关性较强。桑蚕品种可能导致蚕茧中单个稳定同位素出现较大变化,对δ^(13)C、δ^(18)O影响较小,对δ^(15)N、δ^(2)H影响较为显著,但椭圆联合置信区间测试结果表明,不同品种蚕茧样本间不会出现显著性差异。因此稳定同位素技术可应用于不同品种蚕茧的产地溯源,这为后续丝绸产地溯源研究提供了理论基础。Silk has important economic and cultural value.In order to explore the effects of silkworm varieties on the accuracy of origin traceability for silk,this study investigated the effect of varieties of silkworm on the isotopic ratios ofδ^(13)C,δ^(15)N,δ^(2)H andδ^(18)O as well as the changes ofδ^(13)C,δ^(15)N,δ^(2)H andδ^(18)O during the growth of silkworm from larva to silk production.The results showed that the variation trends ofδ^(13)C,δ^(15)N,δ^(2)H andδ^(18)O in silkworm body at different instars were different.In silkworm excrement,the ratios ofδ^(13)C,δ^(15)N,δ^(2)H andδ^(18)O changed at ranges like those in silkworm body.Stable isotopic composition of silkworm body and silkworm excrement was not different significantly among varieties except few instars under the same feeding conditions,and there was linear correlation between the isotopic ratios ofδ^(13)C,δ^(15)N andδ^(2)H in body and excrement.In silkworm cocoon,silkworm varieties may cause large changes in single stable isotopes.The ratios ofδ^(13)C andδ^(18)O had no significantly different among varieties,while the ratios ofδ^(15)N andδ^(2)H had different significantly among varieties.However,the stable isotope ratios of cocoons affected by the varieties of silkworm may be far less than those affected by the origins.Thus,stable isotope technology can be applied to the origin traceability of different varieties of silkworm cocoons.The results could provide theoretical basis for the follow-up traceability of the origin of silk.
