格列美脲联合沙格列汀治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的分析对2型糖尿病患者应用格列美脲+沙格列汀治疗的临床效果。方法抽取2020年11月—2021年11月期间临沂市兰山区人民医院收治的106例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,以随机数表法将其平均分成两组,使用沙格列汀治疗的53例患者为对照组,使用沙格列汀+格列美脲治疗的53例患者为研究组,持续用药3个月。对比两组患者血糖、胰岛素抵抗以及血脂水平。结果治疗前两组各项血糖指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组各项胰岛素抵抗水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组FINS高于对照组,HOMA-IR低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组各项血脂指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组TC、LDL-C、TG均低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者联合应用格列美脲和沙格列汀可显著改善患者血糖、血脂水平,且有利于降低患者胰岛素抵抗程度。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of glimepiride and saxagliptin in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 106 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to Lanshan District People's Hospital of Linyi City from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table.53 patients treated with sargliptin were the control group,and 53 patients treated with sargliptin+glimepiride were the study group,and they were used for 3 months.Compared the blood glucose,insulin resistance,and blood lipid levels between the two groups of patients.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the FPG,2 hPG,and HbA1c levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in insulin resistance levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,FINS in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while HOMA-IR was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in blood lipid indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the TC,LDL-C,and TG of the study group were lower than those of the control group,while HDL-C was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of glimepiride and saxagliptin in type 2 diabetes patients can significantly improve the levels of blood glucose and lipid,and is beneficial to reduce the degree of insulin resistance in patients,which is worthy of promotion.
